Published Rate & Occupancy: Rates vary according to season and holidays and subject to change.
IVA Tax - 16% of booking.
Occupancy Tax - 3% of booking.
Exclusive Use and Cleaning Fees: In addition to the booking amount, guests are Exclusive Use fee ($20 daily) and a checkout Cleaning Fee ($100) which is part of your booking fee.
Common Area Fees: Separate from your booking, you will pay a daily common area fee of $340 pesos to the Orchid administration to be paid upon checkout.
Credit Card Fee on Charges: Please note that Orchid does not accept cash in the restaurant. You can setup a charge account to be used for the restaurant (or pay with credit card) and settle a the end of your stay. Please note a 3% fee is added to all credit card charges.
Payment: Deposit: Guests are charged a 50% deposit upon booking. Final Payment: 50% payable thirty days before the check in date.
Security deposit required for longer term rentals and special circumstances.
Booking Cancellation & Future Credit: You may cancel at any time. We do not provide refunds, but we will credit your paid amounts, if you cancel within 30 days of your booking, towards a future stay and used within 2 years, subject to availability and then current pricing.
Power Allowance. Guests are permitted an average of 50KW per day for electric power. Any amounts over that allowance will be charged $3 pesos/KW to the guest. Guests are encouraged to turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the the property. We've found that 50KW is sufficient.
Concierge: A Personal concierge is available to you. You will be contacted prior to check-in by your concierge to discuss services including, but not limited to, arranging airport transportation, restaurant reservations, housekeeping services, excursions, spa/massages, etc.
Property Damages: Guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause. Immediately following your check-out, the concierge will conduct a physical inspection of the unit. If there are damages, the concierge will prepare a written report with photos and email to you along with a damage quote. You authorize us to charge your credit card for damages.
You must abide by the Orchid House Rules which will be provided to you upon check-in.
